Is the story told in William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet authentic? Despite the plausible historical background, the answer to this question is impossible to establish.

Two noble Veronese families - the Montagues and the Capulets – are in a long irreconcilable conflict with each other. Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulets, destined for hatred, fall in love with each other at a ball. The insurmountable obstacles lie ahead of them.
