The Pickwick Papers

The Posthumous Papers of the Pickwick Club (also known as The Pickwick Papers) is the first novel by outstanding English writer Charles Dickens. In order to describe morals of an old England colourfully and clearly, the writer comes up with an idea of a club that travels around the country and observes “human nature”. The main character of the novel is an eccentric, funny and naive Samuel Pickwick. His flamboyant friends go on this journey with him.
