The Jungle Book

“The Jungle Book” is the best-known literary work by the classic of the English literature Rudyard Kip-ling (1865-1936) in which the author vividly depicted the animal kingdom and the natural world, as well as the customs of the people who live side by side with this world and actively interact with it. The tales about the boy Mowgli the Frog, courageous mongoose Rikki-tikki-tavi, the inquisitive seal Kotick or elephant driver Toomai - all these stories are about friend-ship and loyalty, about support and comprehension of the laws of coexistence between people and animals, in which the author draws apt parallels between the animal kingdom and our society.
